Hello - just got Outlook 2007 and keep receiving emails in text - some in html and checked the Trust Center settings and download pictures settings - is there any way of automatically converting plain text to html so when replying, it is always html? When composing new, I have it all set to html - it's replying to plain/rich text I'd like it to convert to html so I don't have to do it manually each time.
Thanks!

Keep in mind that your recipients email client may only allow for plain text. If you try and send an html message to that recipient, it will come into his/her inbox as garbage text.

Thanks very much - yes, but wondering if it's my Outlook setting - I was on 2000 and did not have many rich text emails until now. Now seem to be getting the majority as rich text even within my same office so was thinking it was some setting I was missing.
