How to?? Please help!

Ok, i have 3 apple macs, all OSX Panther. These machines connect to a Windows Server 2003 Box.
The problem i have is this; On all the macs i have Entourage as the mail clients. All of the mail settings are on the server (email messages and so on). Now at the beginning i done this so i can back up all the emails from the server. When the clients start their machines and execute Entourage they are asked to log into the server to access there emails, hey presto it works....this morning for some reason its not working? The problem is i cant remember how i done it to setup the short cuts again?
Anybody with any information would be doing me a huge favour!!!
