How to merge data from two tables in access??

Okay, this may get a little complicated, so try to bear with me... I will make it as clear as possible.

Alright, in one table I have fields and data that looks like this:
Year Site Treatment JD TDD
1996 BD E 190 36

In a second table I have (along with MANY other field names I don't think are necessary for you to know):
Year Site Treatment JD
1996 BD E 190

Now, I want to add the corresponding TDD to this second table from the first table. But it has to be the right one. The data has years from 1996-2010, 4 different sites, 2 different treatments, and many different julian days, and each row has a unique TDD.

Is there any quick and easy way to do this?

The values I tried to post to show the tables didn't line up with the headings properly... but I hope you can figure it out.
