Next select tools/"dataform board" and a form in which u can add, select, change data appears automatically with fields accordin to title line. Each field ur enter/or modify/or remove is automatically updated in the right place of ur database . if u want screenshots with mail, ask in this forum.

Dear Taxi:
Thank you for help.
I was following your instruction -- highlight whole cell including title line, then select Tools, but I can not find any " dataform board and a form in which I can add, select.. ".
Would you more detail about how to make a adding form ?
Thank you again for your time.
