Hello,
I have to send a feed back email to a list of customers. I have all their data on a Excel sheet.
What I would like to do is this: I want to know if there is someway I can get Outlook to send an email to each of my customers using the data on the Excel sheet and inserting that data in to a template. I DO NOT want to send a common email as this is of no use to me or the customer. So is there anyway (using Outlook and Excel or any other software) to get the name and two other coloumns from the Excel sheet and insert that into the relevant places in the email body. I realise this is a tall order....but it would make life a lot easier for me as I do this manually at the moment. Thanks!
