Iam using MS outlook 2002. It is quite interesting. By Default it has the default
settings of all e-mails in

C:\Documents and settings\User_Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.

I want that my e-mails should save in D drive by default like d:\my e-mails folder.
So that if even my windows craches i can retrive all of my e-mails ands its contents
by PST file .Please guide me that how can i fix it.
Thanks in advance

Move the pst file to the folder you want it stored. When you open Outlook, it will error saying the pst file cannot be found. Browse to the new location and click to accept that file.

Or...after moving the file, right-click on the Outlook icon, Data Files, add, point to new location. Then, go into email accounts, change the Mail Delivery location to the bottom Personal Folder. Then, go back into Data files and delete the old mail delivery location file from the list.

I'd go with the first option. :)
