Solved how to fix formula so it doesn't change when I enter column

Specs: Windows 7
In Cell BY I have formula =sum($G2:$K2)/4
However if I insert new column after column F this formual changes to = sum($H2:$L2)/4.
How should I fix it so it always stay G2:K2 even if I enter new column?

The INDIRECT function will convert a text string into a cell reference. If you use the text string "G2:K2", Excel won't try to help you out by changing it when you insert columns.

You need to enclose the text string in quotes so that Excel recognizes it as text:
