If this is one time (or not to often) task, then this procedure should work. If you will be doing this as a repetitive task, then you might want to consider using VBA (a macro).

Put theses formulas in C2 and D2 and drag them down:

C2: =IF(ISNA(MATCH(A2,$B$2:$B$6,0)),A2,"")
D2: =IF(ISNA(MATCH(B2,$A$2:$A$6,0)),B2,"")

You should get this:

    A B C D
1 Col1 Col2 Result1 Result2
2 1 2
3 2 3
4 3 5 5
5 4 6 4 6
6 7 1 7

If you need to process the results further, you can select Column C:D and do a Copy...PasteSpecial...Values to remove the formulas and leave the values.
