I believe that everything you are asking for can be found here:

First, run the code found at the bottom of the response to get a list of the attributes that the getdetailsof method can extract.

Choose the ones you want (by number) and modify this line of the code at the top of the response to match your desired values. (You are not limited to just 4.)

vArray = Array(0, 31, 1, 163)

My quick testing revealed 2 things:

1 - I tested the code on a Windows 7 machine, first by choosing the C:\Users\Public\Videos\Sample Videos directory, which contains a single .wmv file and then by choosing a folder that I created which contains two .mp4 files. When I run the macro and choose those folders, the folder looks empty, but the code actually imports the properties that I requested for each file. What this means is that it doesn't appear that you can choose which files you want to work with. The code simply imports the requested properties for every file in the folder.

2 - You asked for the duration. There is a value for Duration (36) but this returned a blank cell. When I used the value for Length (27), it returned the run-time of the videos.

I hope that helps.
