Hi Excel experts,

My excel data have 50 records that displays chronologically in 50 rows. This data display normally appears in a single-spaced format, meaning that there is no blank space between each rocord in the row.

Now, how do i set the data display to be in double-spaced format, meaning that, there must be a blank row immediately after the first row where data is displayed, then data display will appear next in row 3, then row 4 will be in blank space, then row 5 will be a data display, then row 6 will be blank again, and so on.

Thanks for the advice.

Another (and probably better) option is to simply increase the row height to add vertical space between each value.

Think about how you will use the spreadsheet in the future and how blank rows might impact that. Think about AutoFill, filtering, etc. Lots of things become more difficult when you have blank rows.

That said, there is code to "insert every other row" here.
