How to delete copies (XP)

Specs: Windows XP, AMD Athlon @ 1.6 GHz with 1.5 GB DDR3 Ram
I was wondering if you guys knew how to delete copies of the same file in XP, or at least a program that can do this. Basically, I have about 20 GB of Mame Roms on my computer. A few of them got corrupted somehow so I couldn't read them. I have this 5 GB .rar file which all of the Roms are compressed together into. I unzipped the file using 7zip, and set it to delete any duplicate files. What I forgot about was that I didn't have enough hard drive space, so I had to stop the unzip at like 90% and it never deleted the duplicates. I really don't feel like sorting through all those files.

I thought about deleting all the roms and then unzipping the .rar file, but only about 5 GB comes from that file. If i did that i would have to redownload 15 GB of other roms off the internet. I know for a fact that it was only the roms from the .rar that were corrupted.

Good to know; but perhaps elaborate - for the benefit of anyone who may come across your post at a later date (often via google/yahoo trawls etc…)
