Hello,
I use MS Outlook 2000. I often need to send the same email text and like to know if it possible & how to create a template email? Is it also possible to always have the same subject field in the template? and would I still be able to change a few things before sending if I need to? Thank you very much for any help.
Martie

Marty,
I am presently looking at Outlook 98 so it may be a little different on 2K.
Type out your template text and subject.
From within the New message window go to File, Save as, Name it and then in the drop down menu you can select Office Template to save it as.To use it you go to Tools, Forms, Choose form (or Alt, T, F, O which is the opposite of OFT which is the template file extension) and in the drop down menu select 'Templates in file system'.
(It should be easier though)HTH
Bryan
