I want to copy and paste something in my email to a notepad. How is this done? I know how to copy and paste, but not to a notepad, where I can access when needed.

You can find 'notepad' by either searching for it in the search box. or going to 'All Programs/Accessories' in the start menu. Copy & paste in the same way you would any other program - highlight the text, choose 'copy' (press 'Ctrl' + 'C'), open 'notepad' & click edit/paste (press 'Ctrl' + 'V'). If you want easy access to it for the future you can either create a shortcut on the desktop or in the taskbar by right-clicking the icon for and dragging it.

Thank you so much. I've been trying to figure this out for awhile now. I have a lot of things to store there.
