In Outlook there is a wizard for you to set up an account for use with it. In there it has an option to setup a new account, or use an existing one (ex. from Outlook Express), so choose the latter.
BTW, I used to have Outlook, then dumped it. Firstly, it is a resource leech compared to Outlook Express, and second, Outlook Express uses 164 bit encryption, while Outlook only provides 128 bit encryption.
