How to change font in PDF

From what I've researched, it can't be done. For those of us with dyslexia though, it is at times essential to do it. The process is like this, and you will need special software. 1) Convert your PDF to a word file using an OCR program, such as Abby Reader. 2) Change the font. 3) Save it as a PDF. 4)Job done.
