Are you using the new isp account for mail? By that I mean have they given you a mail account as part of the deal, and that mail account is in the name of your account with that isp?
If so then their support ought to provide you with full details of how to set up the account and which servers to use; via either their on-line area or the phone?
Or are you using pop3 (Hotmail.com, Outlook.com, Gmail or Yahoo etc.); or what?
Without posting "any" personal account details here, which isp are you now using?
