How do you change the value of cell C2 if an IF statement in A1 returns "Deleted"
Your question doesn't make sense. The 2 things you have mentioned, change the value of cell C2 and an IF statement in A1 returns "Deleted" are 2 separate events.
An IF statement in any given cell won't prevent you from changing the contents of another cell, so I'm not sure what you asking about.
