I want to be able to share my Outlook calendar with my wife on our desktop foremost. If possible I would then like for her to be able to access the calendar from our laptop working through a wireless router. My desktop is working off of Windows 2000 and the laptop is working off of Windows XP. I have designated my wife as an Administrator with all rights. I’ve attempted to share the folder I think the calendar .pst file is in but nothing imports. When I double click on the .pst file in a folder to review it to make sure it’s the file I want I get a memory error even though I have plenty of available memory. Flat out, all I want to do is share my calendar within Windows 2000 and also on the network if possible.

If it is a corporate version of Outlook or part of Office Pro then you can name her as a Delagate. Otherwise I personally do not know. Bryan

I am almost positive you CANNOT do unless you are on a network and using Exchange Server... HOWEVER, there is a "work around" by using Net Folders... I have never installed Net Folders, several people I know have installed them and used them... As I understand it, Net Folders can be installed and they use your email to move data back and forth between the Outlook sharing computers... Goole around for Net Folders, I suspect you will find out how to do it... Good luck Steve
