Try this:From your example your data is set up as:``` A B C D E F G H I J 1) DOW DATE Time In Break Out Break In Lunch Out Lunch in Break Out Break In Time Out 2) Sat 05/11/2013 9:07 AM 10:15 AM 10:30AM 1:12 PM 2:12 PM 3:39PM 3:54 PM 5:35 PM ```You will need to add three more columns like:``` K L M N 1) Total Hrs Break Lunch Actual Hrs 2) 8:28 0:30 1:00 6:58 ```In cell K2 enter the formula: =J2-C2which give the TOTAL hours worked with no breaks In cell L2 enter the formula: =SUM(E2-D2,I2-H2)This gives us the Total Time used in the Two daily break periods. In cell M2 enter the formula: =G2-F2This gives us the Total time used for LunchIn cell N2 enter the formula: =K2-(L2+M2)This wraps everything up, and gives the Actual Time worked.See how that works for you.MIKEhttp://www.skeptic.com/
