Specs: Windows 7
I have a column of numbers and I know some of the numbers are in there more than once. I only want each number to appear once in my spreadsheet.
Thank you

thanks so much. That worked a treat. The only thing I would have liked better is to be able to view which cells it was about to delete. But I trust it did it right. You saved me a HEAP of time!! thanks.

Try this:

Select your column of numbers
Select Home Tab
Select Conditional Formatting
Select Highlight Cell Rules
Select Duplicate Values

In the pop-up Duplicate Values window
Click OK

Also, Excel questions are best asked in the Office Software Forum.
