How do I extract data from 1 spread sheet us

I have 2 excel spread sheets that contain one thing in common; however the common item may be repeated several times in each spread sheet but not the same number of times.
Also there is data in the 2ed spread sheet that has no matching numbers in the first. I would like to dump that into a separate ( 4th )spread sheet
Example: column B in spread sheet #1 may have the number CA20432 listed 1 or more times. Spread sheet # 2 may have it listed 11 times. (the number format can vary CA20432, 2004-3243, 435.7562 but usually not more than 12 characters. (someone in the past merged several spread sheets into 1 giving me this nightmare)
I will put the 2 above spread sheets into one workbook for simplicity

I would like to be able to create a 3rd spread sheet that will do the following:
1. List the Number in spread sheet # 1 once in column A. ( will not need any other data from Spread sheet #1)
2. In column B list the matching number from spread sheet #2. (Usually more than one repeat but not always) using however many cells needed going down the column and putting the number in those cells. (Leaving the matching cells in column A blank.)
3. List the accompanying data in the following cells in the row that is with each number coming from Spread sheet # 2 (12 cells )

Yes, I am asking for help in trying to accomplish this.
The spread sheet that I was given with the data has about 32,000 lines of data that I need to sort out and match with the ID's
I would appriciat any Ideas or help in doing this.
