I don't understand all your requirements

1) I am able to make ribbon icons - but what do you want to do with the colours? are you looking to fill a shape with those colours or perhaps the text with the colours?

2) Where are you templates stored and what do you want to do? import them into your current presentation?

3) When you click on what table? where is this mystery table?

4) Why cant you just use the default printer to set your print size? it pointless recreating this if the feature already exists

Hey sorry for not framing the question understandable

1.Yes I need a Ribbon with Colors, when i click on it have to change background and text colors . i will send you an email with attachment

2. my templates are stored in local hard drive, i should be able to choose a template that i need may be this can be included in the ribbon

3 when i click on the standard table (Alt, N, T, I) it should have default colors that i want.

4 for some slides i would need it in A3 and others in A4 how can i change them with one click of a button?

your requirements as always are very unclear, lets take the following as an example..

1.Yes I need a Ribbon with Colors, when i click on it have to change background and text colors

So say I have a button on the ribbon with the colour RGB(255,0,0) which is Red.

Ok so now I select a textbox, or another shape on the form and press this button. By your requirement above, it should change the background colour AND the fore colour to RED. This will never work as you will never see the text within the box as it will be masked by the same back colour.

Making ribbon buttons are easy but you have to be ABSOLUTELY EXACT with your requirements, otherwise I will be guessing and I don't really have time for that.

All your requirements above are very vague so I don't really know what I am doing

ok I am sorry about it. it is not about making both font and background color as red. I have in fact sent you an email with color of the text background and font. basically the need is that i have some corporate guidelines on using specific fonts and colors.

Below are the color palate that should be part of the ribbon except for white background for every other background the font color should be white
