Solved How can I resolve this matter in my email account

Microsoft / Windows 7 enterprise sp1(...

Specs: Windows 7, 4096 D MMb
When I open any document for example a survey where you have to click in little round holes or squares to select your choice, I manage to click one but when I hover the pointer over any other one on the same page, the little hand indicator is absent and you can click till you're blue in the face, nothing happens.
I've tested it in various documents but the same pattern emerges. I hope I have selected the correct category.

When was the last time you did something for the first time?

"When I open any document"
That reads like a document on your computer, such as a doc file in Word but somehow I think you mean something on the internet. If you do then give us a link to an example so that we can check it out for ourselves.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Hi Derek. Thanks for responding. Pardon if I was a bit vague. I first go into email and then click on for example a survey.

When was the last time you did something for the first time?

Not sure how far we can get with this but:

What email program or service are you using?

When you click on a link in email does that work?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Hi Derek. I think I have managed to resolve this matter. With most documents whether inside an email or webpage and you are requested to make a choice, there are normally either a small circle or square "window" you are required to click to select that answer. What I found in this particular survey was you had to click on the exact question and the corresponding little circle or square would be selected. Maybe I was a little dumb to take so long to experience this Eureka moment. So I think problem solved as far as this topic is concerned.

Thanks again for responding when I needed assistance.
