Hello everyone!

I've got an Excel file with ca. 50 rows and the similar numbers of columns but they are grupped in 10 by the "+" sign and when clicking on it I can see the whole list of the subgroup and "-" appears.
Clicking on "-" the list is rolled up again.

How can I create such a function in Excel?
Is it possible in Excel 2003 too?

Thanks a lot for any suggestion!

I assume you are talking about "Grouping".

To do that (in Excel 2003):
Highlight the rows you want to group.
Click on "Data".
Click on "Group and Outline".
Click on "Group".

You can also do this for columns.
