Can't find the button to change when printing labels as when printing it pushes all the margins out and jumps lines. I have had this happen once before but and amended it with a simple tick in a box but can't remember how to change this - anyone any ideas?

Make sure you have your data configured for the correct labels and that you use the manual feed tray for the label sheet.

most common thing I see with users is that they've got their paper size set to letter when they are printing to A4...obviously if you're in the states this won't help though!

Sadly it is none of the above I remember having a problem last year printing labels in Word and went onto a forum somewhere (can't remember where) and someone came back with a simple answer which was something to do with the overall format and a check box that needed to be ticked. It isn't paper size or margin setting - it is something that Word 2003 changes as a default that it shouldn't sending the labels out of line and then not printing within in each label. The 1st labels on the top line print out perfectly and then the other start to pull up a little and by the time you get to the base of the page they have moved up at least half a label

Have you tried going into the Options...Details for the label you are using and changing the Vertical Pitch or Height to compensate for the "drifting"?

You can even create a new label with the exact specs you need.

I know you are looking for a tick box, but short of finding that, perhaps a physical adjustment within Options...Details will get you where you need to be.

Yes thanks tried that but it takes forever and the adjustments work on 3/4 of the boxes but then still the bottom 1/4 goes out of sync or does not print all of the info
