Nothing happens when I click on a help topic link. Also, placeholder at bottom of screen instead of icon link that should be there. How can this be repaired ? - have already run detect & repair, and reinstalled MSO2K Prof SP3.

I would not run SP3 as it has a lot of annoying security features. Stay with SP2 for now is my advice, it might even sort your problem out. You will have to fully remove Office2K and start again. Our Outlook is setup to run with forms but when SP3 is intalled they do not run. The problem with SP3 is that is does not chuck a message up about why it won't let something happen.
