microsoft outlook 2000:

I've done some work with putting in names in the "contacts" fields. But when I try to e-mail some of the contacs it isn't in the "adressbook". It seems like they're two different databanks. How do I transfer my "contacts" to my adressbook so I can email them.

Thanks in advance

/Anton
