grayed out import/export

Hello! I did a fresh install of Windows 2000 with SP4 and Office 2003 with SP1. I have run the Outlook 2003 and tryed to Import my .pst file created with Outlook 2000. But the problem is, that the "Import/Export" is grayed out!? I am logged in as a Limited User, but even if I log in as Administrator, it is still the same. Import/export is gray and I can not select it. Any ideas, what could be wrong? Any help is much apprechiated.
