There is an .frl file I'd like to read and print. It is on a public gov't (USAF) website.
I can't open it with anything I've got on my PC or Mac. (I have access to unix/linux machines but don't know them as well.)
Google searches and FilExt.com say that Adobe was involved with this for a while, but some other company has it now. It also looks like some Universities (USC) had it, but switched to .pdf format files because it lacked Mac support.I can't find a reader for it for any OS.
I've tried changing the extension so I could open it with Word or Notepad, but I see the text buried in a lot of formatting characters, not what I need.
Does anybody know how to read this file or how to convert it to something I can read?

Mark,
This web page:
http://www.webopedia.com/quick_ref/fileextensionsfull.asp
says that it's a FormFlow file.
A dogpile search for formflow turns up lots of stuff. I'll let you take it from there.
Hope that helps,
Gabe
