In order to find out I have to fill out the form and submit it. As part of the form they want to know if you will be having a meal with it.
This suggests that there has to be a cost involved.
I never completed the form because it uses Passport, that, in my situation, is my wife's passport so I haven't completed the form to find out.
The form I filled out (incompletely) was for Portland Maine. I have no intention of attending an event in Maine where I would have to take time off from work but if it were free (including a meal) then I just might for the free Office product.
