Hi,

I have a Text file where I have a big data base of Client details. Details are stored in the file in the following way.

~<Client Details>~ ~<Client Details> and so on.

So, every details starts with "~" and ends with "~". Now I want to break it in new line when a new client details is starting. I mean
intead of this ::
~<Client Details>~ ~<Client Details>~

I want it in this format ::
~<Client Details>~
~<Client Details>~

So, is it possible to format it with a Batch file. Though I can paste it in MS-Word and if you prefer a Macro them I will also take that.

Waiting for your kind response.

Would opening it in Word and using the Find/Replace option help?
