When I open my e-mail in Outlook 2003, the font color is defaulting to pink on a silver background. How can I change this back so that the font is black on my incoming e-mails?

Are you using any kind of visual theme? Anyways, go to Tools, Options, Mail Format, under Stationary and Fonts, choose Fonts and make sure everything is set to black.
