Find duplicates then combine columns to 1 row in excel

Hello I have a large excel spreadsheet where I need to search for duplicates based on the values of two columns (Date and Time). And then combine the other columns (data values) into one row when the date and time columns are both the same. And some of the rows will have no data values and can be deleted. Here is an example to illustrate:

Date Time ValueA ValueB ValueC
19880928 2034 1 blank blank
19880928 2034 blank 2 blank
19880928 2034 blank blank 3
19880928 2132 1 blank blank
19880928 2132 blank 2 blank
19891012 2030 1 blank blank
19891012 2030 blank blank blank

What is the best way for me to go about doing this? Sorry if this has an easy solution, my excel knowledge is very limited.
