I work at a volunteer community radio and wrote a workbook with eight sheets to control sponsor messages etc in a daily run sheet format. The first sheet has a table with the sponsors numbers (1,2,3 etc), sponsor name and duration of the message. The other sheets are Mon thru Sun and have a time of day column and columns for sponsor number, name and duration. Using vlookup we can enter a sponsor name against a time and the sponsor name and time appear. What I need to be able to do is have a one-step removal process when the message comes to the end of it's schedule or is cancelled and for the life of me I can't work out a way to do it. Any ideas?

I'm a little confused as to what you want deleted. In addition, not knowing the layout of your sheets makes it a little hard - at least for me - to offer a solution.
If I send you a PM with an email address would you be able to send me the workbook along with a detailed explanation of what you are trying to do?
