Comment:

I am running outlook xp pro and when I get an excel attachment, it kepps prompting me to use a program to open the file. It has lost it's file association in Outlook... When I open the file regularly, it works. I've checked the file association in the folders options and confirm that all .xls extensions will be opened by excel program.
Please Help
Thanks

Choose to open it with Excel again and make sure to check the bottom box.

I've done that, but everytime the user logs off it loses it's file association again. Any thoughts?
