failed open Lotus Word Pro files

Hi.
When i open word pro files / *.lwp files, a illegal operation message box pop up and then i click details button there, another message box pop up and show
"WORDPRO caused an invalid page fault in module WORDPRO.exe at 017f:00473b07".
My office application is Lotus Word Pro Release 9.5. i just can view that files in smaller preview screen if i right click that files and choose "preview" function from a pop up menu. i already try open it in different office application / program and various way but results still same cannot open it.
