EZ Photo attached to Word

I have a program called EZ Photo that is attached to MS Word and I can't get rid of it. I tried uninstalling Office and reinstalling it but it still is attached, any suggestions?

In my Menu at the top there are over fifty "EZP" symbols which I can't delete. It really slows down word. I have uninstalled word and reinstalled it, but it didn't remove EZ Photo??? Also why didn't my post go in order by date?
