Hi,

I am just wondering if it is possible to export a certain pst folder and its subfolders into an excel document.

I have looked at it, and it only gives the option of doing one at a time into different files.

It doesn't appear to have the same options as when you export to another pst file where you can pick and choose which subfolders to export.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The folder formats are different, which is why you can't just export the pst file to a file itself. You need to export each folder individually.

Life is more painless for those who are brainless.

Ok, thanks for that. I just created a new folder moved everything into it, and exported it that way.

Thanks for your reply.
