Exporting emails to .psd

What I'm doing is exporting a mailbox to .psd and the mailbox is 9.5 gigs. I can't fit that on a dvd! I need some advice on how to do this because I need to forward this information. This needs to be on a dvd.

What is the email client? What format is the file currently?
