Hi,

I am trying to export a Calendar in MS Outlook 2000/2002 or 2003 into a MS Excel file. If you try to export to a MS Excel file it does not give you the option to choose from the Public Folders. But if you select a personal folder it will give you the option to export. But, I don't want to export to a PST file.

Is there a way to give someone access to a Calendar in the Public Folder to be should within their own Outlook folder list? I hope you understand what I am saying. So, if this can be done, then I will be able to export the Calendar to a MS Excel file. Let me know.

I trying to reduce time by not exporting to a PST file. Please help. Thanks.

I'm not sure what exactly it is you're asking. "to be should within their own Outlook folder list?" Do you mean shown in another user's Outlook? Depending on which version of Outlook you're using, you can certainly share your calendar with someone else. You don't necessarily need to export the data.

What version of Outlook specifically?
