I’ve been trying to import some tasks that I have access to but that aren’t my tasks into an Excel file. I want to be able to do this with a "shared task" located in one of my "public folders" so it’s not directly located under my inbox. When I try to export the tasks using the wizard it only sees my tasks and I can’t browse out to my "public folder/tasks." Basically, I have access to my boss's tasks and he wants me to export them for him. When I try to copy his tasks into my own tasks, it gives me the message "Cannot copy this folder because it may contain many private items." So I was wondering if it would be possible to export his tasks to Excel though I can't copy them into my tasks? It won’t be a problem to show him how to do it but now it’s a matter of principle and I must find out how to do this. Thanks so much for any and all help.
