I need help moving the actual contact cards (and contacts in some cases) out of a distribution list and just in to a contacts folder. I can't copy and paste nor drag. The long term goal is to export these contacts as text, into Excel, to grab their home and office addresses and info. When I save the d-list as text and bring it into Excel, only the Name and E-mail comes over in the text.

Assuming you're using Outlook, have you used the Import/Export wizard and exported to an Excel spreadsheet?
