I have a big excel sheet with too many calculation, i need the percentage in negative should be coloured in red automatically, same as numbers whenever the number in negative it comes in red.
help me

You do it the same as whole numbers.

If your cell containing the negative percentage is formatted as text then it won't work.

Select the cell, go to Format, Conditional formatting, Cell value is, Less than, 0 and format it as Red.

Or you can do it by right-clicking the cell and choosing "Format Cells..." then select Custom. In the "Type" box, type:

#%;[Red]-#%

If you don't want the negative to come before the negative percents, then just miss it out. ie. type #%;[Red]#%

You can do the same for normal numbers by missing out the % sign!
