I provide outsourced tech support for a company who is now outsourcing their Exchange 2003 . One user w/Outlook 03 sp1 is having problems receiving replies from a certain company. The company can create a new message and she receives it fine, but she doesn't receive any replies from this company.
Prior to the switch to outsourced e-mail, she ssys the e-mails were delayed, and then she slowly stopped receiving all e-mails from the company. The sending company does not receive any non deliverable messages. Now that they are on outsourced e-mail, she is receiving new messages from the company, but no replies.
I will try having another user send this company a message to see if he/she will receive replies.
Does anyone know if this is an Exchange mailbox issue or an issue the sending company may be having? Thanks!
