But in case you really want to do it, here is one way:
1) Time In 7:20
2) Time Out 12:00
3) Time In 13:00
4) Time Out 15:25
6) Lunch 1:00
7) Total Hours 7:05
Format cells in Column B as Custom, [H]:MM
the square bracket is required.
In Cell B6 enter the formula: =SUM(B3-B2)
In Cell B7 enter the formula: =SUM(B4-B3)+(B2-B1)
