Excel XP problem

Does anyone incounter these problem with excel xp saying an error message "not enough system resources to display completely".After the error excel should be closed so the worksheet will not save.Any other programs runs fine.If anybody has an idea how to fix the problem pls help me and i will appreciate it greatly.

Sound like you need to upgrade your pc, try more ram - office xp is very memory hungry als0 try removing other programs that may be running in the background eating up the memory and defraging your disk and stuff (else try a prior version of office, like 97)
