excel vbe6.dll error

OS: Windows 2000 Pro
CPU/Ram: PIII 900, 512MB

I know I put this the windows 200 forum too. I am sorry.
When I open my excel XP it get the message
One of your object libraries (VBE6.DLL) is missing or demaged. Please run setup to install it. I have tried to uninstall Office XP and reinstall it with no luck. What is going on

If you have not installed MS Office XP Service packs, I request you to install them one by one.

You can download Office XP Service Pack 1 from the following link.

You can download Office XP Service Pack 2 from the following link.

http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2002/oxpsp2.aspx

I put in the service packs and nothing. stll the same dll problem

Now try registering the .dll by going to Start, Run and typing in the following:
REGSVR32 /VBE6.DLL

Hit the OK button.

If that does not help try the ideas found at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=212669
