Any similar solution is also possible for me .Thankxxx

If you would have Googled something like excel variable hyperlink you would have gotten lots of hits and methods.
Bottom line is you need to use the HYPERLINK function. Look it up in Excel help to see how it works.
You can do all sorts of things within the HYPERLINK function.
Here's just 2 examples:
- Get the file name from a cell:
=HYPERLINK("file:///c:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\" & D1 &".xls", D1)
- Get part of the path from a cell using VLOOKUP:
=HYPERLINK("file:///c:\Documents and Settings\user\" & VLOOKUP(E1,C1:D10,2,0) &"\myFile.xls","Click Here")

Google is a world of possibilities via web to find without persons.

re: Google is a world of possibilities via web to find without persons.
Not true.
The hits and tips regarding the HYPERLINK function were written by "persons". Many of the hits will lead you to other Excel related forums where people have submitted answers to questions almost exactly like yours. The advantage of Google, at least in this case, is that you will find many more applications of the HYPERLINK function than I have provided.
re: Google don't knows i have a spanish version of excel 2002
Neither did I, until you told me, but what difference does that make? I didn't tell you about the HIPERVINCULO function, I told you about the HYPERLINK function and you translated it.
Just for fun, Google hipervínculo de variable de excel and see what you get.

Yes. But I prefer the hyperlinks written by you.

First, you shouldn't change subject matter within a thread. It messes up the archives.
Second, this is an Office related forum (Excel, Word, etc.) not a forum on how to use this website.
Third, you shouldn't post your email address in plain text at any site.
Finally, I don't know the answer to your question. You'll have to look elsewhere on this site to see how to change your information.
