I have a formula in a cell (which was copied from another file) and instead of the calculated value appearing in the cell, it's the formula. It works in the original file but I can't get it to calculate in the new one. Can anyone help?

In the cell: {=SUM(IF($K$13:$K$854=J3,IF($F$13:$F$854=1,1,0)))}
The cell is formatted as General.
Thanks for your help.
