is there anything within Excel or a website out there that would teach me how to use Excel...Spreadsheets and graphs could help me out A LOT in my science courses.

You've really read the entire Help file and still want more?

Did you even try a Google search? I did "microsoft excel help" and there were 815,000 results. Here were the first two:

www.microsoft.com/office/excel/default.asp
www.usd.edu/trio/tut/excel/

YES! I've read the help, only to be twisted a little....I'm needing the correct formula to do a label of blocks 1-100. I know it's a SUMIF, and I achieve (1)vertical or (1) horizontal, but not the sequence to fill the entire block when a change in the one value cell.....I'm currently a "duh"
